Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House - Come for the Ribbon-Cutting and stay for the entertainment - Transitions Care

Help our Chamber celebrate Transitions Care with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. 

The celebration will be on Thursday, December 8, 2022 with a ribbon-cutting at 3:00 p.m. with Chamber trustees, ambassadors and fellow Chamber members. 

Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, refreshments and tours will be provided. You are also invited to stay for entertainment and Karaoke.
